Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Maloneys River Water Supply Area for the Town of Harbour Main ‑ Chapels Cove ‑ Lakeview as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 335000 5252000 18° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 348° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 316° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 53° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 74° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 32° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;
