Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Notice
of Protected Watershed Area Under the authority of Section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Margaree Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 346000 metres east, 5271000 metres north, 331° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 297° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 42° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 63° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 177° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 230° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres to the point of commencement.
