Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Martin's Brook Water Supply Area for the Community of Conche as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 576000 5641000 32° 30' for a distance of 150 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 352° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 17° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 98° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 133° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 189° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 198° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 262° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 337° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,125 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 301° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
