Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Notice
of Protected Watershed Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Middle Pond Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from horizontal control point 738, 125° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,600 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 114° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 70° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 30° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 255° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 228° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres to the point of commencement.
