Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Miller's Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Trepassey as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference, 210810 322° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 313° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 346° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 84° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 45° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 13° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 64° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 24° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 71° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 124° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 206° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 198° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 135° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 214° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 258° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 220° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,075 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
