Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Muddy Hole Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Northern Arm as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 617000 metres east, 5451000 metres north, 141° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres to the point of commencement;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 141° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 193° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 226° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 181° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 277° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 358° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 59° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 17° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 68° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
