of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Nain Brook Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 579000 6268000 200° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 156° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 205° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 214° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 193° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 263° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 330° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 09° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 321° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 06° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 26° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 80° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres to the point of commencement.
