Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the New Perlican River Water Supply Area for the Town of New Perlican as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 324000 east 5308000 north 123° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 70° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 82° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 98° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 107° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 187° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 255° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 284° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 264° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 292° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 05° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 303° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 332° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 11° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
