Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Notice
of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the North Side Brook Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 715000 5202000 95° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 14° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 71° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 112° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 222° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 252° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres to the point of commencement.
