Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Notice
of Protected Watershed Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the North West Pond Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from the centre of the lighthouse at Northwest Head 46° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 79° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 30° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 293° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 100 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 246° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 195° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 127° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 125 metres to the point of commencement.
