Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Northern Arm Brook Lake Watershed Area as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 602000 metres east, 5440000 metres north, 248° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 885 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 129° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,078 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 238° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,076 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 181° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 660 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 218° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 451 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 199° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,591 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 222° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 612 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 292° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,481 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 228° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,320 metres;

All bearings refer to Grid North.
