Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Northwest (First) Pond Watershed Area as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 286000 5436000 112° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,075 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 160° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 208° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 172° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 182° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 185° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 215° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 268° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 256° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 268° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres;
