Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Our Pond Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of Francois as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 519000 5266000 357° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 301° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 266° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 34° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,125 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 68° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 162° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 125° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 174° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,225 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
