Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Parsons Pond Hill Reservoir Watershed Area as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from horizontal control point 470, 88° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 7° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 277° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 216° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 167° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 94° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres to the commencement point.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
