Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Peters River Basin Watershed Area, Botwood as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 600000 metres east, 5440000 metres north, 146° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,667 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 94° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 5,633 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 53° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 12,794 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 169° 75' grid azimuth for a distance of 5,874 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 255° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 5,874 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 225° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 16,978 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 330° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,655 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 275° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 9,414 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 341° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,943 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 70° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,862 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 42° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,655 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 101° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,046 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 60° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,287 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 112° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,736 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 49° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,862 metres to the point of commencement.
