of Protected Watershed Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Purcell's Harbour Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 662600 metres east, 5498800 metres north, 99° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,464 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 42° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,046 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 104° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,271 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 240° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 821 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 168° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,124 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 271° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,963 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 32° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,593 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 319° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 837 metres to the point of commencement.
