of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Rigolet Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Rigolet as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 405000 6003000 348° 00' for a distance of 600 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 250° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,360 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 246° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,920 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 257° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,040 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 354° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,060 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 10° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 52° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 86° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 98° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 83° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,180 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 91° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,920 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 190° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,820 metres to the point of commencement.
