of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Rocky Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Musgrave Harbour as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 290000 5478000 205° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 179° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 290° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 195° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 250° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 269° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 265° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 55° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,050 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 76° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 24° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 99° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,750 metres to the point of commencement.
