Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the St. Anthony Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 596000 5693000 202° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 214° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 335° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 218° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 204° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 333° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 322° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 257° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 50° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 06° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;
