Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the St. Jacques Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 618000 5261000 88° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 354° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 315 ° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 32° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 48° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 11° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 141° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 168° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 182° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 271° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
