Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Salt Water Pond Brook Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 688000 5468000 121° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 32° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 18° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 70° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 89° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 69° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 175° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 194° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 232° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 224° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 217° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,875 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 249° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 285° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 02° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;
