of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Sandy Cove Brook Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 351000 5387000 219° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 210° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 224° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,100 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 252° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 275° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 287° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 16° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 50° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 15° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 36° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 93° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 120° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres to the point of commencement.
