of Protected Watershed Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Shoe Cove Ponds Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 602000 metres east, 5530000 metres north, 22° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 324° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 37° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 88° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 149° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 217° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 255° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 220° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres to the point of commencement.
