of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate
Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor
in Council designates the area generally known as the South East River Water
Supply Area for the Town of NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 820320 46° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of approximately 450 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 9° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 77° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,150 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 95° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 132° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 94° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 81° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 127° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,125 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 63° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,225 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 80° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 113° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 240° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,150 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 257° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 239° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 287° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 299° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 282° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,675 metres; All bearings refer to Grid North. 109/78 The ©Earl G.
