Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Notice
of Protected Watershed Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the South Pond Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 22, 370000 metres east, 5278000 metres north, 249° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 214° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 207° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,075 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 244° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 308° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 30° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 50° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 120° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres to the point of commencement.
