Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Southeast Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Loon Bay as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 610590 208° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 246° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 147° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 183° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,525 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 114° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,075 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 81° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,275 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 10° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 318° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,900 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
