of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and
Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the
area generally known as the Southwest Feeder Water Supply Area for the Town of NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 284000 5424000 346° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,850 metres from the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 45° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 74° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 60° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 107° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,275 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 178° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 255° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 206° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 255° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres to the point of commencement.
