of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Steady Brook Water Supply Area for the Town of Steady Brook as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 440000 5410000 43° 00' for a distance of 7,375 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 303° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 6,875 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 19° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 55° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 875 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 93° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,125 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 54° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,875 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 125° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,875 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 171° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 262° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 160° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,125 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 250° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 275° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 226° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,500 metres to the point of commencement.
