of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Steady Cove Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 655000 5471000 253° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 256° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 271° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 875 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 358° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 35° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 77° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1025 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 165° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 179° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres to the point of commencement.
