Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Stockeys Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 662000 5503000, 126° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 168° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 83° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 352° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 83° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 231° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 168° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 194° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 141° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 229° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 302° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 26° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 346° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres;
