Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Sullivans Pond ‑ Huxters Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 566000 5484000 74° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 348° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 13° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 51° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 76° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 13° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 67° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 45° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 117° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 129° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 180° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 875 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 225° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 239° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 251° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 293° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres to the point of commencement.
