of Protected Watershed Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Terrence Pond Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 22, 318000 metres east, 5300000 metres north, 86° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 112° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,835 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 207° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,320 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 240° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 740 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 261° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 930 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 318° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 885 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 41° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,160 metres to the point of commencement.
