of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and
Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the
area generally known as the Tom Taylor's Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of
NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 478000 5612000 76° 00' for a distance of 680 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 57° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,740 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 79° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 37° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,740 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 149° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,010 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 219° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,420 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 246° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,720 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 256° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 307° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 830 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 20° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,060 metres; All bearings refer to Grid North. 129/90 The
