Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Trokes Cove Pond Watershed Area as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 642000 metres east, 5462000 metres north, 143° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,207 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 80° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 966 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 133° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 531 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 213° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,041 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 257° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 917 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 04° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,287 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
