Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Wahnahnish Lake Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 642000 5861000 180° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 100 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 104° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 70° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 106° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 53° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 355° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 975 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 333° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;
