Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Western Pond Watershed Area, Winterton, as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 22, 328000 metres east, 5315000 metres north, 161° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 402 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 100° 30 grid azimuth for a distance of 2,510 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 206° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 765 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 161° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,270 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 228° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 206° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 595 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 238° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,416 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 358° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 320° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 965 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 337° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,270 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 318° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,160 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 62° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,336 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
