Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Whirl Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 5374000 346000 255° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 273° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 5,625 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 329° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 48° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,275 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 10° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 37° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 174° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 153° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 57° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 144° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,175 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 170° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 200° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 158° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
