of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate
Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor
in Council designates the area generally known as the Wyse's Pond Water Supply
Area for the Town of NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 830410 260° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of approximately 475 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 277° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,825 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 201° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 136° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 94° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 334° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres; All bearings refer to Grid North. 151/79 The
