Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Young's Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Robert's Arm as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 587000 metres east 5485000 metres north, 221° 00' for a distance of 1,300 metres to the point of commencement;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 233° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 260° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 299° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 11° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 87° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 106° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
