Notice of Designation of Canadian Firearms Safety Course
under the
Criminal Code
(O.C. 96‑137)

NOTICE

Under the provisions of subparagraph 106(1.2)(c)(i) of the Criminal Code and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the Canadian Firearms Safety Course as the only course approved for the purpose of the issuance of Firearms Acquisition Certificates in the province with effect from April 1, 1994.

The Notice of Designation of Canadian Firearms Safety Course, Newfoundland Regulation 53/94, is repealed.
