Under the authority of section 30 of the Pippy Park Commission Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

        3. The C.A. Pippy Park Description, Newfoundland Regulation 173/85, is repealed.


Schedule

Commencing at the northwest corner of the junction of Prince Philip Drive and Thorburn Road, then running westerly along the northern limit of Thorburn Road to the junction of the rear property limit of properties on the east side of Baird Place a distance of 55 metres approximately;

Then running northerly along the rear property boundaries a distance of 366 metres approximately;

Then crossing Oxen Pond Road to its northerly limit, and running easterly on that limit 23 metres approximately;

Then running northeasterly on the northwest limit of the easement of the electric transmission line a distance of 210.5 metres approximately to the southeasterly limit of Wicklow Street;

Then crossing Wicklow Street on the line of the southerly boundary of the southernmost property on Wicklow Street a distance of approximately 52 metres;
