3. The C.A. Pippy Park Description, Newfoundland Regulation 173/85, is repealed. Schedule Commencing at the northwest corner of the junction of Prince Philip Drive and Thorburn Road, then running westerly along the northern limit of Thorburn Road to the junction of the rear property limit of properties on the east side of Baird Place a distance of 55 metres approximately; Then running northerly along the rear property boundaries a distance of 366 metres approximately; Then crossing Then running northeasterly on the northwest limit of the easement of the electric transmission line a distance of 210.5 metres approximately to the southeasterly limit of Wicklow Street; Then crossing Then running northwesterly along the rear property limits of those properties on the northeasterly side of Wicklow Street, and crossing Larkhall Street to its northerly limit a distance of 441.5 metres approximately; Then running southwesterly along the
