Reciprocity with Ontario ‑ Applying the Provisions
of Subsection 77(1) Order
under the
Highway Traffic Act

Under the authority of subsection 81(3) of the Highway Traffic Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

Subsection 81(3) of the Highway Traffic Act applies to judgments rendered against residents of the province by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Province of Ontario.

The Order re: Reciprocity with Ontario ‑ Applying the Provisions of Section 77(1), Newfoundland Regulation 36/87, is repealed.
