Corner Brook Lockup Order
under the
Prisons Act

Under the authority of section 7 of the Prisons Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

The facility known as the Corner Brook lockup is designated as a part of Her Majesty's Penitentiary.

The Order designating the Corner Brook Lockup as Part of Her Majesty's Penitentiary, Newfoundland Regulation 61/86, is repealed.
