Chief Warder of the Corner Brook Lockup Order
under the
Prisons and Reformatories Act (Canada)

Under the authority of section 3 of the Prisons and Reformatories Act (Canada) and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

The incumbent of the office of Chief Warder of the Corner Brook lockup facility is designated as an officer entitled to receive and transfer prisoners in accordance with the Act.

The Order re: Chief Warder of the Corner Brook Lockup, Newfoundland Regulation 62/86, is repealed.
