Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Birchy
Bay Municipal Planning Area Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Birchy Bay Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING Beginning at a point on the eastern
shoreline of Birchy Bay Brook where it empties into the most southern inlet of Then following Birchy Bay Brook in a generally southerly direction to an unnamed lake; Then following the eastern shoreline of the unnamed lake to its most southern point; Then south 64° east a distance of 3,550 metres, more or less, to a point on the western shoreline of a second unnamed lake; Then following the western shoreline of the unnamed lake in a generally northerly direction to its most northern point; Then north 55° east a distance of 3,400 metres, more or less; Then north 5° 30' east a distance of 13,500 metres, more or less; Then due west for a distance of 450 metres, more or less, to a point on the eastern shoreline of "The Reach"; Then in a generally southwesterly direction along the eastern shoreline of The Reach to Birchy Bay Point; Then continuing in a generally southwesterly
direction along the eastern shoreline of All bearings being referred to the true meridian. 936/78 Newfoundland
