Bank Municipal Planning Area Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Grand Bank Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING Beginning with a concrete monument located
at the highwater mark in Then in a generally southeasterly direction a distance of 700 metres, more or less, to a concrete monument located on Boundary Hill; Then in a generally southwesterly direction a distance of 1,650 metres, more or less, to a grouted steel pipe located on Round Hill; Then in a generally southerly direction a distance of 15,600 metres, more or less, to Salmonier Lookout; Then in a generally northeasterly direction a distance of 6,500 metres, more or less, to the highest point of Salmonier Hill; Then in a generally northeasterly direction a distance of 23,800 metres, more or less, to the southernmost extremity of Clancey's Pond; Then along the eastern bank of Clancey's Pond and brook to the seashore a distance of 1,500 metres, more or less; Then in a generally westerly direction along the seashore to the point of beginning. 1016/78 ©Earl G.
