Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Harbour
Breton Municipal Planning Area Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Harbour Breton Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING Beginning at a point at the highwater mark
at the most southern extremity of Connaigre Head in Then following the sinuosities of the eastern shore of Connaigre Bay in a generally northerly direction through Crow Head, Sam Head, Uncle Bob Cove, Great Harbour Bight and Great Harbour to a point at the highwater mark on the most western extremity of South Hay Point; Then south 81° east 3,500 metres, more or less, to a point at the highwater mark on the western shore of Northeast Arm; Then following the shoreline in a generally southerly direction through Poole Cove, Southwest Arm and along the northeast side of the causeway over Southwest Arm; Then in a generally northerly, southerly and westerly direction, through Thompson Beach, Western Head, Woody Head, Black Island Cove and Oxford Point, to the point of beginning. 1031/78 ©Earl G.
