Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Hopedale
Municipal Planning Area Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Hopedale Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING Beginning at a point, that point being on the southernmost end of Neksarsoak Cove; Then south 40° west 3,900 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being on the eastern shore of an unnamed pond; Then following the shoreline of that pond in a southeasterly direction 125 metres, more or less, to a point on the eastern bank of an unnamed brook where the brook flows out of the pond; Then following the eastern bank of that brook in a generally southerly direction 1,100 metres, more or less, to a point where the brook flows into an unnamed pond; Then following the eastern shore of that pond in a generally southerly direction 500 metres, more or less, to a point where an unnamed brook flows out of the pond; Then in a generally southerly direction
along the eastern bank of that brook 50 metres, more or less, to a point where
the brook flows into Then in a generally southerly direction along the eastern shore of Ussiranniak Lake to a point where an unnamed brook flows out of the southernmost end of Ussiranniak Lake; Then in a southerly direction along the east bank of the unnamed brook to a point where the brook flows into Ussiranniak Cove; Then following the
shoreline of Hopedale Sound, passing Ussiranniak Cove, Uvidluk Cove, Uivak
Point, Kukkiniarvik Point, All bearings refer to grid north. 124/82 Newfoundland
