Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED
Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning
Act and the Subordinate Legislation
Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council
defines the following area as the PLANNING Beginning at a point, that point being on
the eastern bank of the mouth of Then in a generally easterly and northeasterly direction along the sinuosities of the highwater shoreline passing the Town of Isle aux Morts to a point on the western bank of Otter Bay, that point having a military grid reference of 553743; Then north 36° 30' west a distance of 200 metres, more or less, to the southwesternmost point of the Otter Bay Provincial Park boundary; Then continuing north 36° 30' west along the boundary of the Otter Bay Provincial Park a distance of 1.25 kilometres, more or less; Then north 67° east along that boundary a distance of 200 metres, more or less; Then north 80° east along that boundary a distance of 450 metres, more or less, to a point on the western bank of an unnamed brook; Then in a generally northeasterly direction along the western bank of the unnamed brook a distance of 2.5 kilometres, more or less; Then due west a distance of 4 kilometres, more or less, to a point on the eastern bank of the Isle aux Morts River; Then in a generally southwesterly direction along the eastern bank of the Isle aux Morts River a distance of 6.5 kilometres, more or less, to the point of beginning. All bearings refer to grid north. All bearings as with distances given are subject to approximation. 44/87 Newfoundland
