Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED L'Anse
au Clair Municipal Planning Area Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the L'Anse au Clair Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING Beginning at a point where the common
boundary separating the Province of Then running north a distance of 11,887 metres, more or less, to a point on the provincial boundary; Then running east a distance of 3,840 metres, more or less; Then running south 15° east a distance of 11,887 metres, more or less, to a point on the northern shoreline of the Strait of Belle Isle; Then running in a generally westerly direction along the sinuosities of that shoreline via L'Anse au Clair to the point of beginning. 256/81 Newfoundland
